Exercise Equipment

When most think of exercise equipment they think of expensive and complicated machines. But exercise equipment doesn’t have to be costly machines. Small pieces of equipment can add up to a fully functional home gym.

Exercise balls and resistance bands are a great way to start. Bands can be purchased with difference resistance levels and usually include a booklet illustrating possible exercises. Exercise balls can be full round balls or can be half balls on a base. These balls increase core strength by calling on balance to complete exercises.

Some other equipment includes free weights, yoga blocks and mats, and jump ropes. All of these items can be purchased for little money and can provide great start to having a complete home gym. Getting into shape does not require tons of money or equipment, just some basics to get going.
