Creating a perfect home gym means having the right equipment for the individual. Each person has their own fitness goals and the goals will reflect what machines will get the desired results. Many people create a home gym to lose weight, while others are looking to tone up, and some it’s just for their health.

For those looking to lose weight a cardio machine is needed. There is a common misconception that an all-in-one machine will help someone slim down, but the truth is that while resistance training will spike their metabolism slightly a good calorie burning cardio workout is what melts pounds.
