Gym Machines FAQs

Do all-in-one gyms provide complete fitness?

Most all-in-one gyms are missing the cardio component. Cardio is important in maintaining weight and for cardiovascular health. Look for a machine that can include that aspect such as a rowing function.

Is it safe to buy used gym equipment?

Buying used equipment can be a risky move. While not all used machines are trashed it’s important to consider safety. New machines will always have the latest safety features.

What is more cost effective, a home gym or a gym membership?

While creating a home gym does require an initial investment the money that will be saved in the long run makes up for it. Gym memberships are expensive, and so is the gas to drive there. Add the crowds and a membership seems like just a waste of money. Many people feel more comfortable working out at home.
