Total Fitness Gym
The term all-in-one as far as home gym machines go can
be deceiving. These machines do provide strength training for the whole
body but often lack the means to achieve a cardio workout- which is
imperative for weight loss. With a little searching though, there are
a few models out there that can be an all around workout.
These total fitness gyms provide the typical full body resistance training,
with the cardio feature of rowing added to the machine. Rowing at a
vigorous pace can provide an intense cardio workout and also shapes
and tones back and shoulder muscles. Adding a cardio routine to a workout
melts the pounds off and strengthens the heart to ward off heart disease.
Achieving total fitness from a home gym is possible. The total fitness
gyms can also be used for some Pilate’s exercises too. Pilates
helps to develop strength and flexibility, and flexibility often gets
overlooked but is an important component of fitness. So compare machines
carefully and look for one that provides cardio, strength training,
and flexibility exercises.
